I have been using them in the second year. I saw a lot of people gave a low rating. We are at Kirkland West Island. I think they did a good job here so far. Duraguard should keep their standards in all areas. This season they cleaned driveway timely. Driveway was cleaned in the morning and before evening. One day, our rubbish bin was blocking the driveway after collection by City. I was about to go take care of it, while I saw the removal guy helped to bring the bin back to our yard, then to clean the snow. Really appreciated!

We live in the Timberlea area and the snow removal person has been incredibly thorough. He does an excellent job and has great customer service. Hopefully he does our route again next year!
