I booked Yu snow removal back to 3-4 years ago, their service was perfect. They used to came 5 am to clean the snow, whenever city passed a snow bank and before 5pm, the snow was cleaned. Now they obtained more business, the service quality actually goes down. If you compared to service to St-charles or Sylijack, they probably look better, but they charged $100 more. If I have to remove the snow most of the time by myself even it is definitely over 5 cm on my driveway but they considered the snow it is not thick enough for them to come as per ''officially'' announced. I should save the $100 to book others, at the end they are all bad, and there is no difference, I could use $100 to save the animals.

Excellent company. Quick response. Almost always down to the concrete. They do the whole street, it’s like tractor ballet. I would recommend YU!

I booked them last year 2019 over their competition as the price was very reasonable. This year 2020 they raised the price to almost $50 more . They should not have raised the price during this pandemic .People are struggling to cope up with regular life . They should not be that greedy and take the advantage :( Atleast NOT this year .
