I purchased a condo earlier this year and inherited a tenant that was being managed through TLR. Meaghan (my main point of contact) and Nate were both incredibly helpful throughout the transition. In particular, Meaghan went above and beyond in helping me liaise with the previous owner regarding tenant matters, and she was very responsive and professional in all of our communications. It was a pleasure dealing with TLR and I would highly recommend them!

After looking for several months for summer accommodations and speaking with many management companies we were lucky to find Nate and his team at Toronto Luxury Rentals. TLR has been an excellent property manager while we are travelling. Always responsive and available with a solution or fresh idea when we have had trouble. We are truly allowed to enjoy our time away knowing that Meaghan and the rest of the team are around.
