I just rented out a property through RentItFurnished last week. I highly recommend their star agent Erin to all tenants and landlords. Erin was able to find me a tenant within a few days and she made this whole process so easy and hassle-free. I would definitely use Erin and RentItFurnished's team again in the future.

I want to take the time to write a review about Erin Carlson. My husband and I have worked with Erin over the past 3 years while looking for a furnished rental while visiting from San Diego. We wouldn’t think if dealing with anyone else. Her professionalism and promptness to respond to texts and emails in excellent. Always available to answer questions with a positive outlook during a sometimes stressful situation of moving. She understands the clients needs and matches properties that are the best fit. After making a last minute decision to move from Vancouver to Toronto for a couple of months, Erin Carlson was extremely easy to work with. She was responsive, courteous, and found me the perfect place that met all of my demands — and all within 4 days!!! I will definitely be using Rent It Furnished again!!! Highly recommend.

I worked directly with Neeta Sangha who was wonderful to work with. From the moment she visited my suite she assured me the listing would be assigned very quickly. Jasneet Khaira did an amazing job locking down a condo for me during these trying times. She was able to find me multiple places in a span of 3 days, resulting in me signing a lease the week after reaching out to her. She always had my best interests in mind and was extremely responsive. She was honest and straight forward and worked really hard to get the price i wanted and location. I would recommend Jas to anyone trying to find a place ASAP - she's a hard worker and is amazing at her job.
