I want to thank Laurie for being extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. From signing the lease till getting the keys to my first condo, she made the whole process as smooth as possible. When I mentioned that it was difficult to get to her office to drop off my deposit, she offered to pick it up for me downtown. Thank you for your kindness, and for going above and beyond!

Shout out to Laurie Cellupica for being the most awesome Leasing representative! Twice in a row she was spot on to get us a property of our liking (with one SINGLE view both times), negotiate rates, move in dates... Plus always very responsive, attentive and helpful. Perfect example of awesome customer service.

I had a fantastic experience working with Laurie. She went above and beyond to find the right apartment for me. Laurie makes you feel like she is on your team. I was pleasantly surprised when she negotiated the rent with the landlord so the apartment fell within my specified range. If you are on a condo/apartment hunt, I'd definitely recommend Laurie. She is very responsive and friendly.

Laurie was an absolute gem to work with and went above and beyond to ensure my transition from Vancouver to Toronto was seamless. She worked within tight timelines, was always friendly and kind, and helped me secure the most beautiful new home. She works hard, and her great relations with the building manager and front end staff also means that she can get things done quickly. It seems effortless but I know a lot goes on behind the scenes (which we don’t see) that she handles. So grateful to Laurie and her team. Highly recommend her and the rest of the team!
