The host was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions by SMS or phone. The place is at a perfect location, with underground private parking, very easy to get around and walking distance to the lovely Yorkville bars and restaurants, walking distance to main tourist attractions. The apartment is very nice and comfortable! It has everything you need - a fully equipped kitchen, sheets and towels. I found this place to be very comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

Amazing service and will be booking with these guys again! The place was clean and exactly as you expected from the pictures. We loved our stay so much we extended for a few more weeks. The customer service is excellent and convenient, I was really satisfied as they took care of everything right away.

I have stayed with many furnished rentals before, as I travel a lot, and by far, the service from Toronto Boutique Apartments is the best I have received. The entire team was very accommodating and constantly went above and beyond during my stay. My condo was professionally cleaned and exactly as advertised. World class service, would absolutely recommend!!

I rented a penthouse condo at 279 College Street managed by Toronto Boutique Apartment. I would highly recommend Toronto Boutique Apartment in general, and this condo in particular. Bassam from Toronto Boutique Apartment was very professional and customer focused. He offered me an attractive rate. He was very flexible in check in & check out time, very responsive in fixing a few things after my arrival as this apartment was a new addition to their portfolio. The condo I stayed in had a breathtaking panoramic view of Toronto, very clean, modern, and conveniently located close to all the amenities. I would definitely look them up when am in Toronto next!
