I am very happy to refer Dave Brown as a realtor. He helped me find my first home and then upgrade to my second home with my future husband (Dave was the realtor for him too). Dave's knowledge of the industry was exceptional as was his client service. I will own that I can be picky and I expect high standards and integrity from those I hire and Dave surpassed my expectations. He was patient and easygoing which was a bonus. Next time we move we wiĺl hire him again without question. Just to add that when he was president of the Calgary Real Estate board he was able to refer us to a realtor in Victoria to help us buy a rental place. This realtor was also exceptional which proves that great people refer great people.
