I was referred to Jett Rao from 2 of my friends. I had a great meet and greet with Jett and decided to start my search with him. I moved here from BC where I owned|sold a condo on a golf course and decided to purchase a townhouse here in Calgary. I was used to a view (lots of green space), shopping close by, grocery, parks|paths and this is what I wanted here. I am very pleased to say that I got it all :)) I don't like being pressured to buy and am so HAPPY that he took his time with me in finding my new home. I found a beautiful townhouse in Sage Hill to call home. Purchasing a home is a huge decision and I'm glad Jett was the one I chose to assist me. He was kind and knowledgeable. He made my experience exciting and non-stressful. I asked questions on resale value, adding upgrades, the builder (basically anything and everything I could think of) and Jett answered everything proficiently. Jett also negotiated well in getting me the past sale price!! My overall experience was wonderful and I cannot wait to move into my brand new home :) I highly recommend Jett and would like to sincerely thank him for all his time and effort.
