Trung assisted us in buying our first home, and most recently selling the same house. Throughout both processes Trung was amazing! He is always realistic and honest, yet positively optimistic; his energy always lifts our spirits and he made buying and selling exciting and fun. When we were buying our first home, Trung offered us a ton of suggestions about things to consider and recommended industry professionals all along the way. When it was time to sell, there was no doubt that we wanted Trung to be our agent. He again assisted throughout the whole process and his extraordinary team offered the same knowledge, professionalism and positive energy Trung always provides himself. We would highly recommend Trung!

Trung has always been very professional and straightforward to any questions I have had about real estate, and for also being a landlord. He knows the right people, and he also makes time for you with any questions you may have. I know I had a few! But plain and simple, Trung will be the realtor you want and need. He knows the industry, and he makes sure you have a good understanding of what your getting into. Used him to buy a house, and have used to sell a house. I couldn't imagine doing it on my own, he's your guy!

Honest and responsive, I liked working with Trung for his ability to look at things objectively and answer questions truthfully. I never felt pressured to buy a place until I found the perfect one, and he was able to propose great ideas for the space that we found. I think what also stands out with Trung was his ability to be adaptable. It was important for me to see that Trung could pivot to better adhere to client workload, and, in turn, he welcomed feedback and changed accordingly. I also worked with James in the latter half of my process and I truly enjoyed his friendly personality and thoughtfulness. James was able to propose listings that he thought that I would also love given my preferences, and I actually went ahead with one of his suggestions! In summary, I would recommend both Trung and James to any friends and/or family looking for a realtor. They both worked hard for my sake, and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

Trung was well prepared, guided us through the process and provided us with the instructions what had to be done in order to have an successful sale. He is well organized and as of day one we achieved numerous viewings and several offers. Our house was sold in less than one months at the top price. Over last few years we were involved in several real-estate transactions in regard to our rental properties. However, this was the first time we have dealt with Trung and it was the smoothest process we have ever experienced. We will use his assistance again when required and would highly recommend him for other clients.

I know this is another 5 star review but it’s worth noting anyways. I’m the first one to admit I have high standards and Trung and his solid team exceeded my expectations. You have a really young and driven Realtor who knows how to manage his time to yield the best results for his clients.
