I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to write one for my great experience with Brian from Mr. Rooter today. I am a landlord, and my unit has been having issues with the cold water taps producing warm water. The building management had advised to replace the current cartridges as this may resolve the issue. Not living in the city, I did not know of a credible plumber to call. I came across Mr. Rooter, and they offer an assessment free of charge. I took this opportunity to book an assessment, and Brian came to look at my unit today. My tenant had said he was very helpful and answered all her questions related to other things as well. Brian called me to tell me that it is not the cartridges, but rather a building issue and he was very confident of this. He indicated he had 27 years of experience and it was very comforting knowing that my unit was assessed by someone in good hands. After all this time thinking it was my sole unit, it was in fact the building. I am grateful that he didn't try to convince me to replace the cartridges because that was originally why I had contacted Mr. Rooter, but rather be honest and upfront, and told me this would not resolve the issue. I am really happy with his service because the building management will be getting an engineer to have a look at a few units to investigate further, and one of them will be mine. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter again and ask for Brian!

I've used Mr. Rooter in the past and have a ways been satisfied with their work. Their prices are high but worth peace of mind in the long run. Technician Bruce was very polite and explained the work in detail. He installed a replacement kitchen faucet and repaired the water line to my fridge. No leaks now! Very satified.

The technician came right on time. Provided detail options for solution. Shaun Carroll, the technical is very friendly and polite. He took care of keeping the place clean. Don't have to do any clean up after he left. He did a great job in unclogging the pipes. The drain works great now. I highly recommend their service. Thanks Shaun for the good job

Peter who came to fix our leaky toilet and kitchen sink soooo good. There is no doubt that he knows what he is doing. He is well trained in his field, he was able to find an additional leakage in the toilet and explained it to me and fixed it without extra charge. We really appreciate it and thankful for his help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone to this company for any kind of plumbing jobs.

Superior service! I called about a leak, and someone came right away. The service person acquired the part we needed and installed it the same day. I waited a week before writing this review to make sure that it stayed fixed--it did. These people are very nice, very efficient, and very good at what they do. I couldn't be more pleased, and I give them the highest possible recommendation! One year later I had another problem. Again someone came right away and fixed the problem completely. I wish I could giv e this company more than five stars! Once again I found myself in need of plumbing services, and once again I got outstanding service from Mr. Rooter. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. I'd give them a whole galaxy!
