We could not be happier with the service David provided. Initially, David came to our home to provide an estimate on a clogged bathtub drain. Whereas I had hoped that the problem could be solved quickly and cheaply, David (correctly) identified a bigger problem almost immediately. Knowing that my wife and I were expecting a quick fix, he patiently and eloquently explained what he understood the problem to be. He even drew out a diagram for us to further help us understand the problem. At all points during our interaction, David was courteous and professional. He seemed to genuinely care about correctly solving our drainage problem in a manner that was both convenient and cost effective. To my own dismay, I did not accept David’s assessment of how we should correct the drainage problem. Instead, I went to another plumber who told me there was a “quick fix” to our drainage issue. After two separate plumbers and several hundred dollars in bills, the drainage problem only got worse. A year after his initial assessment I called David back and asked if he would be willing to fix our drainage problem as he had initially outlined for us. He not only agreed to do so, but provided us with several options for the work, each just as cost effective as his original estimate or better. He didn’t judge me for not listening to him, like I should have. He simply showed up on time, was exceedingly polite, worked very efficiently and fully rectified our drainage problem, which turned out to be a plastic toy that had been wedged in the pipe by the child of the previous owner. David has not only earned our business, but also our deepest respect. My wife and I are proud to be his clients and can only wish that there were more professionals out there like him.

Brian, our technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped us resolve multiple issues around the house, not only the primary reason for our call -- a leaking pipe. I'm also very happy with the service provided by Priority Plumbing, from the early morning calls to the check-ins before Brian's arrival.
