Ken is the ultimate professional. Not only is he extremely competent, he is very friendly and easy to work with. Ken's firm designed and constructed an incredible cathedral ceiling in my home and I could not be happier. 5 Stars easily. If you're looking to have structural work done on your home, I would HIGHLY recommend Ken Davis.

My son, who is an architectural technologist calls Ken Davis a “god among men”. We had an extremely challenging project in downtown Toronto with a 1901 home where the party wall between our home and the semidetached next door was sinking and needed to be replaced from foundation to roof top ( four floors). The City of Toronto was involved due to an unsafe building order. I can not reiterate enough how indebted we are to Ken for getting us through this marathon of a project! His professionalism, expertise, and calm demeanour got us through this. The City of Toronto were very pleased to see his name on our project as they recognize his excellence in engineering . I would not hesitate to recommend Ken for even the most complex and difficult projects. Plus he is a really nice man!

Ken is the consummate professional. We have used him twice for very different structural issues with our problematic Victorian row house. In both cases he was able to identify the issues based on his vast experience with old houses and substandard renovations. He calmly explained the issues to us in language we could understand and helped us put in place a game plan to bring our house up to code. Through it all he was a pleasure to work with. Professional, empathetic and totally reliable. We recommend him to all our friends and neighbours when they run into structural issues, and know they have also been pleased with the results. A rare gem!
