Contacted LB due to an aging furnace malfunction and was considering a new furnace rather than a potentially expensive repair.They gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision. Ted helped me decide on a new high efficiency furnace and had it installed promptly. Installers were well experienced and professional. Pricing was competitive.

We needed to replace our worn out boiler , that has lasted 35 years . We called LB heating to replace our boiler , Ted came out the same day to assess what we needed and took the time to explain what we needed and gave us options on a new system and how it will work . John and Brain came out 2 days later to install our new system , and I was so impressed how professional, courteous and respectful they were . They did a top notch job , very neat and tidy and have pride in workmanship. Ted came through out the day to check in on progress. LB heating is a family run business that has been working in my area for nearly 50 years , and it shows why they’ve been in business this long and will continue to be in business. They’re prices are more than fair , with no hidden extras or surprises, pride of workmanship is top notch and very respectful to us and our property. Really what else could one ask for ? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LB heating to anyone I know, it’s refreshing to see a family run business like this with such high values .

Great experience with Mike, Ted and the installers. The Fujitsu AC units is super quiet, and the indoor piece is the best looking unit I've seen. The installers we professional and didn't leave a trace. We ran into a bit of an issue, and it was handled quickly and professionally I've used other local contractors and these guys are the best.
