Tropic Air is definitely a company I would recommend; Not only are they quick responsive. Adam the receptionist is so helpful, warm and welcoming, I felt as though I was talking to a friend that I'd known for years. Adam at Tropic Air even if you guys can't fix my problem you have restored my faith in customer service, which does not happen often or easily!!!

Awesome, same day service. Called many companies before I found Tropic Air and they all sounded annoyed to even take my call. Friendly on the phone and sent someone right away on one of the hottest days of the year. Service technician was knowledgable and fixed the problem with our Commercial AC in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
