Exceptional customer service from start to finish! The quote For my multi zone ductless heat pump was timely and reasonable. All my questions were answered and the communication was excellent. The Installers arrived on time. They were friendly, professional and did quality work. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. With financing through The Snap Financial the whole thing was seamless. They have a great team. I highly recommend them

I booked a ductless air conditioner cleaning and service off my boiler . I've been here coming up on 4 years and hadn't had either of those done yet and I knew the boiler needed a clean.boiler was actually in pretty bad shape and the amount of dirt that came out was disconcerting. The technician, Chris, were professional, on time and efficient. I always appreciate quality service and that's definitely what I got. I would recommend them to anyone.

We contracted several companies to install ductless air conditioning system in our home, Air conditioner pro was the one we decided to go whit, All there staff from ladies in the office, Tom and installers were amazing, we love our Panasonic multi zone air conditioner system. We definitely will refer them to our friends and family.

Had a wonderful experience with Air Conditioner Pro, the technicians who came to install our multi zone Panasonic ductless air conditioner were great. Specially Karl was polite, thorough and an effective communicator. I haven’t been so pleased to give someone my hard earned money in a long time. Will definitely be calling this company again. They portrayed absolutely outstanding service in regards to our new Panasonic ductless air conditioning installation. They carry themselves with the upmost care, kindness, and helpful determine that we have yet encountered. They were polite, punctual, and clean in the process.
