Daniel and Sal and the entire Modern Flooring team were awesome. They handled every element of our oak staircase re-work from quote to completion as professionals. Walked us through an easy selection process and worked with white gloves showing they cared and took pride in the work and kept our house clean throughout. A pleasure to deal with.

I recently hired Modern flooring to replace laminate floor in my condo. I have to say- what a great experience! Daniel and Sal was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. I asked like 100 questions (job habits) and Daniel answered every single one of them! All my concerns were addressed promptly. Installation crew - David and Trevor were very professional. They were very efficient and got the job done in 2 of half days. They were very mindful of my furniture and also respected our condo rules. It was a lot of hassle to deal with the condo board doing renovation in a condo but they have been very accommodating and made this process easier for me. The project was completed on time and I am very happy with the new flooring. I highly recommend Modern flooring!

Great experience, I wanted professional installers and Modern Tile was the perfect choice. They were able to source a tile that I had selected at a different store, installation took a week as quoted. Daniel assisted with everything along the way, easy to deal with. The installers were great! Started the job on time, left on time and cleaned up after their shift daily and didn't need any baby sitting. Complete flooring project completed on time, no delays no issues. Modern Tile is now my only choice going forward for all of my new home projects.
