We are very satisfied with the way Tim and his whole team serviced and installed our new furnace. It is running smoothly now compared to our old furnace. We had a little leak from our furnace and humidifier pipe, however Steven was quick to come by and fix it. He takes the time to ensure we understand everything. His service is excellent, and he is very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you again Hargrave team, Steven and Janet as well for your great customer service, making sure all the paperwork is done in order. Keep up the excellent work! We'll be referring all our friends and family.

Bryan and his team have maintained our HVAC annually for 11 years since the initial installation. They are responsive whenever needed and the crew always show up at the scheduled time. Bryan never oversells and always educates me whether it is a repair or a heater for my garage. It is rare to find companies in the service industry that provide both fair pricing and excellent service.

Extremely professional and efficient. They ensured that the new furnace was properly installed and working correctly before they left. In addition, they cleaned up and left my home spotless. Would recommend.

Hargrove Heating and Air Conditioning services was very professional, on time, completed a full remove of AC & furnace, re-installed my new AC and heating system in less than a day, did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. This was all done back in May 2020 and I waited for over 4 months before I gave this review, and I was able to use both AC and heating will comfort and a piece of mind. Thanks Hargrave you all did a wonderful job. Terry

Had brownish red fluid leaking from the A/C. Kevin from Hargrave did a great job. Was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He left me with some tips on continued maintenance. Would definitely call on them again and recommend them. Price was also very reasonable for the inspection.
