Our furnace went out (not a good thing in winter in Canada), and since Accuserv had done a great job on our AC a few years ago, I called them for the furnace. Since they couldn't schedule an install for a few days, they provided loaner space heaters to keep the house livable in the interim. Install was efficient, and smooth, and the new Ecobee smart thermostat is an added bonus. Who knew I would be able to control the furnace from my Apple Watch? Very pleased with the experience and end result.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Vlad was meticulous in his quoting process. I was billed exactly what was quoted. Ajay visited the site prior to the installation to ensure he knew all he needed to know before he started the job. He and his team came on time and prepared, did excellent work on a very tricky installation, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I wish all my house maintenance jobs could go as smoothly as this one. Accuserv, Vlad, Ajay, James, and Kwan are amazing to work with.

AccuServ just replaced our relatively new but regularly malfunctioning boiler. I give AccuServ a five star rating for outstanding service. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything in terms I could understand. On the day of the replacement, they put in a solid eight hours of high quality work. The installation was done seamlessly, and the work site was left clean. Our new boiler is working beautifully. I can't thank AccuServ enough and would recommend them anytime.

Overall I've had good experiences with AccuServ. Had an AC install, AC repair, AC and Furnace maintenance. Would recommend. Shout out to Alex. Professional, courteous and went above and beyond to help with our repair. 4 stars because - AC install did not completely fill the outside hole but was filled in it on a subsequent maintenance - Couple years after install had a refrigerant leak in the AC but was eventually repaired free of charge
