Dupont Heating & Air Conditioning

Have used Dupont Heating & Air Conditioning twice this year; once for an emergency gas leak and once for a central AC unit failure. In both cases they had a technician on site the same day who was able to get the units up and working. They also followed up a few days later to ensure the units continued to work. Technicians were punctual, professional, and efficient in their work. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the professionalism of DuPont. We called them after another AC provider gave us a wrong assessment on a broken AC. After waiting 2 weeks they were unable to get the AC working and defaulted to the entire unit needing to be replaced. We brought Dupont in for a second opinion and they had us up and running within 4 business days. The office workers were very helpful and called promptly with updates. The site visits had 2 techs who communicated with us and had patience to answer all our questions. Their experience speaks for itself as they knew exactly what to do with our AC unit. What we were told was a full replacement job was actually an electrical issue. In the middle of summer time they made us feel like a priority and got our family cool in record time. We are already planning on having them back to provide regular maintenance on our furnace before the winter.
