We had our staircase done about 3 months ago. The installers were clean, polite, and very professional. They paid high attention to detail and it really shows in the final product. The stairs look fantastic and I am glad we finally found a reliable company. We did our hardwood with someone else last year and the difference is astounding. I will for sure be using Floor Shop for any future needs, highly recommend!

These guys are the real deal. We were shopping for almost two months for flooring and could not find anyone who we wanted to go with. Saw these guys website and decided to give them a call. Selection was huge, prices were very fair and the service was amazing. Booked the installation and will update the review once my new floors are in!

As a custom builder I am somewhat familiar with floors, especially hardwood. This is a great company that has a lot of unique hardwood options. Debbie helped me at the showroom and let us check out a lot of samples, and she was very patient and professional. We never felt rushed or pushed into buying / making a decision. Very happy with my experience and will definitely come back for my next project.

We loved working with Debbie and The Floor Shop in Mississauga. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. Many many questions answered. We had our whole top floor redone, removing very old hardwood and replacing with new. Tomas and John were our installers and they were fabulous, and very hard workers. They screwed down our existing subfloors, put in new plywood and installed the new hardwood. They also installed new hardwood on our stairs and wow! The Floor Shop made each step as a single piece of wood and again it is fabulous. All this done in the time we were promised. I would not hesitate to recommend this team.
