Boris from Certa Pro was very responsive in addressing a warranty issue of our deck that was completed by another painting service. He found a solution that worked for CertaPro and for us. Arron arrived to help us with repainting of our deck. Arron is very diligent and skilled. He is detailed oriented. A very humble gentleman. Arron worked very hard, finished on time, and despite the heat, he never complained. Boris followed up with us in a timely manner, to ensure we were happy with the work! We will use CertaPro Painters of Etobicoke, and Boris' crew again.

Our whole experience with Boris Paisley and his crew was extremely positive. Everyone was very polite, respectful and extremely professional. The painting was done efficiently and expertly. There were no surprises of any nature, including quote and final price. Clean up was complete. I would not hesitate to use this service again, and would recommend it to others considering painting.

We had a great experience with CertaPro Painters out in Vancouver and decided to go with them again in Etobicoke. We were not disappointed! Dealing with Boris for the pre-paint was excellent. Very friendly, professional and cared about my parents needs. He was always prompt with call backs and emails. Edmond who did the painting of our home was equally personable and finished the job with care, efficiency & a timely manner. We are confident we will use this company again in the future.

We hired CertaPro to paint the outside of our house. These guys were fantastic. Only stopped once or twice in a long work day for a quick break. Made sure that everything that needed to be covered was, to prevent getting damaged. Did a beautiful job and cleaned everything up when they were done. They said that it was a two day job, but finished in one. We changed our mind about the color the day before the painters came, and Boris was on top of it right away, to make sure it was done. He came out the day of to inspect the work, to ensure everything was running smooth. Very, very happy with this company and will definitely hire them again.
