I called A-Ok to take a look at our front door deadbolt which was causing some issues. Steve arrived when he said he would, promptly identified the issue and fixed it quickly and well - the door and locks actually function better than before we had the issue. Price was reasonable too. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend. A great local option in the East End.

Without a doubt the best service ever! I called and Steve explained everything to me professionally. He was at my business within 10 minutes and had the locks changes in the blink of an eye. Highly recommend and reasonably priced.

I would not go anywhere else in Toronto for any key or locksmith matters, super friendly, kind & knowledgeable. I had a set of unique keys that I couldn’t find anyone else to cut, but they managed to do it. They are more than A-OK, they are excellent!
