I wanted to acknowledge the two very positive interactions that I have had with West Coast Property Management, specifically with Bal Sohal. Bal was highly responsive and efficient during both interactions, both of which revolved around finances, and was able to resolve the problem effectively and within a very short period of time. Given my experiences with previous strata agents, I expected the process to be painful and drawn out, with no positive resolution for me at the end, so imagine my surprise when everything was actually the opposite of what I expected.
