Bal was highly responsive and efficient during both interactions, both of which revolved around finances, and was able to resolve the problem effectively and within a very short period of time. Given my experiences with previous strata agents, I expected the process to be painful and drawn out, with no positive resolution for me at the end, so imagine my surprise when everything was actually the opposite of what I expected.
