Rebecca is extremely friendly and is knowledgeable about the selling process. She's a good negotiator and was always working on my side. The listing itself was amazing - she had professional photos taken and wrote such a great description, that it was a hard listing for potential buyers to ignore! She did a great job!

Rebecca Yarmoloy is our Realtor and oh my goodness she has made buying a house so seamless and easy! She has put in so much work behind the scenes, I honestly don't know how she does it. She was ALWAYS available to answer any and all questions we had. She is also extremely personable and friendly which is VERY important to me. I am always excited to see her because she is a joy to be around. Highly highly highly recommend.

Rebecca is a pleasure to work with! She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and so quick to answer any questions we had. Nelson went above and beyond with helping in the purchase my new home. As a first time home buyer he did a great job helping me understand the difference of owning a condo vs a house. Through all the showings we had, he walked through the homes with me and talked about the problems and/or advantages to each property; this really helped with my decision to buy. He helped knock 20k off the listing price, and even help wiggle out another 1.5k when a door was not replaced before my possession date. I had a stress free experience. If you are looking for someone who is as invested and interested in the purchase of your new home, look no further.

Nelson was amazing! My wife and I were first time home buyers without much experience. He did an excellent job guiding us through the process, setting up showings, and providing insight on properties. He also put in long hours while we were negotiating and went above and beyond to accommodate changes in inspection schedules. Overall a great experience!
