Nelson went above and beyond with helping in the purchase my new home. As a first time home buyer he did a great job helping me understand the difference of owning a condo vs a house. Through all the showings we had, he walked through the homes with me and talked about the problems and/or advantages to each property; this really helped with my decision to buy. He helped knock 20k off the listing price, and even help wiggle out another 1.5k when a door was not replaced before my possession date. I had a stress free experience.
