I called Canadian Home Plumbing for a broken drain snake inside a 1.5 inch steel pipe in laundry room. Patrick used his snake trying to hook the broken cable and pull it out. He tried several times and pulled out some dirty roots. After every try, he used vise to readjust the tip...
